I repeat what I've said already... the last 6 months have brutally exposed him and he is showing all the traits of someone who is shot to bits.
He will take time out, not because of his family, but because he is a beaten man at present and he needs time to get up off his knees.
He is at that place experienced by a lot of men his age in high pressure jobs... he wants the money / lifestyle but he doesn't fancy doing what is required to earn it.

Football owners often know very little about football and when desperate do some stupid things.
I think it likely Sam will get a lot of offers from Championship clubs they buy in to the thought that he promises promotion, or lower prem clubs who see him as many idiots on here as a guarantee of survival.
I think his arrogance wil stop him taking them until he realises he won't get anything better. My guess is he'll wait until next season has started an hope that a bigger club has a poor start like Villa this year and he'll be top of the list of a desperate chairman.

I think any owner would have to be blind to fail to see that anywhere he has been it has ended up being pretty toxic. You would have to be pretty desperate to want him - like we were four years ago. Oh yeah, fair enough - plenty of desperate owners out there, but he won't get anywhere near a top club.

The world is his lobster.
He can do whatever he wishes, personally I think he might be a decent pundit but there will always be a team in need of Super Sam mark my words.
One thing is for sure he will never be short of a few quid.

He was our manager and I was seemingly more willing to support him than many on here but now he is not and I can't really be bothered to care what he does.
His time with us was a net positive, in my opinion, and I wish him well as a human being but that is a far as it goes.
